By accessing this site, ordering, and purchasing products and/or services provided on this site, you hereby accept and agree to be legally bound, without limitation or qualification, by the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Orders
Wilderly Lane reserves the right to reject or refund orders without prior notice. In the case of rejection, we will refund the full payment received via the original payment method.
Delivery Practices
Our standard delivery services are completed between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We offer same-day deliveries, Monday to Sunday (except for Public Holidays and designated blackout dates) for orders placed, paid, and confirmed before 12:00 PM. Same-day delivery orders may take between 2 to 6 hours to be completed. Orders with pickup or delivery dates that coincide with public holidays or designated days off (or blackout dates) will be processed on the next available business day.
To maintain delivery efficiency, Wilderly Lane does not guarantee specific-time deliveries. For specific delivery times (e.g., 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM / 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM), please check with us before placing your order. We reserve the right to change the delivery time if we are unable to accommodate your requested delivery time. Additional delivery charges may apply for specific delivery times.
Please provide the recipient's contact number during checkout to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries. If the recipient is unreachable after multiple attempts, Wilderly Lane and our partners shall not be liable for failed deliveries.
For confidential deliveries (e.g., surprises), please indicate anonymity. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the recipient's availability. If the recipient is unavailable, we will deliver to a receptionist, colleague, neighbour, family member, representative, security post, friend, or doorstep.
Delivery Charges
During checkout, you can select the delivery zone for your address. Delivery charges are based on the recipient's address. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside our normal operating hours or subsequent delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability or incorrect addresses.
Products
Images of flowers and bouquets on our website are for illustrative purposes only. All flower orders are subject to availability. Due to natural variation, flowers may differ in size, colour, shape, and longevity from the website images.
In cases of supply difficulties, we may substitute an ingredient or component of similar quality and value without notice. Our florists will ensure the overall look and feel of the arrangement remains consistent, paying attention to shape, size, style, and colour combination.
Every bouquet is unique and handcrafted; variations in bouquet and bloom sizes, shades, and colours are expected and accepted. Flowers' delicate and perishable nature means they may not be flawless.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. Therefore, returns or refunds for paid bouquets are not accepted.
For order cancellations, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Customers may reschedule delivery within 14 days of the original scheduled date; failure to do so forfeits the credit.
Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect details provided will not be refunded. Senders/recipients will be contacted for alternative arrangements.
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
