How do I make an order?

First time shopping with Wilderly Lane? We’re ecstatic to have you on board! Just visit our website at wilderlylane.com to place your order.

Here’s what you need to do :

·        Go to Shop now and select the product you want to order

·        Choose the size and quantity then add to cart

·        Fill in your preferred delivery date and time, receiver’s same and greeting card message

·        Select your cart and proceed to check out

·        Complete your delivery method and address, sender’s contact and payment details

You will receive an order confirmation sent to your email with your order details

Can I order by phone / WhatsApp ?

Yes! You can send us a text or call through Whatsapp and we will respond within 24 hours

Do you do same day pick up / delivery?

Yes we do! Our cut off time for same day pick up or delivery is before 12pm. We deliver Monday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm, except on public holidays. For orders with pick up or delivery day that fall on a public holiday, we will proceed the order on the next working day.

Can I change my order details (date/address/message)?

Yes, you can but you need to let us know at least 4 hours before the delivery time. Please contact us via WhatsApp for any changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Any cancellation of paid orders will not be refunded however, you may choose to deliver another date or use the amount paid as store credit for your next purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit card payment via the website, however, if you would like to pay by bank transfer or QR, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to make arrangements.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. An additional delivery charge is applicable for other parts of Selangor and KL.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We provide delivery from 10 am to 7 pm daily, however if you have a specific time, do contact us directly via WhatsApp. We will try to accommodate a time that suits you, however, this is not guaranteed. Out of hours delivery will incur additional charges.
